Welcome to PensionSelect. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of advisory support services and related offerings for retirees provided through our website at PensionSelect.pro. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services

PensionSelect offers personalized policy consultation sessions by phone or video to help you navigate retirement coverage options. Scheduling is arranged in advance and each session is tailored to your profile and needs.

3. Digital Materials

We provide downloadable guides, toolkits and learning modules in electronic format. These digital materials are accessible after purchase and may include documents, worksheets and multimedia content.

4. Physical Items

PensionSelect may offer printed manuals and branded merchandise shipped to your address. Availability and shipping times depend on and delivery location.

5. Refund and Transfer Terms

Advisory Sessions

If you need a refund of session fees, submit a request at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment via our contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. You may opt to reschedule a session without extra charge if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. No refund is available once a session has been completed due to the dedicated preparation and expert allocation involved.

Digital Materials

For digital content, notify us of any defect within 7 days of download via our contact form. We will either provide a corrected copy or issue a refund of the purchase amount to the original method used. Requests after the 7-day window cannot be accommodated.

Physical Items

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving shipment of printed materials or merchandise. All items must remain unused and in original packaging. Clients handle shipping arrangements if sending items back, unless we dispatched an incorrect product. Approved refunds are processed within 21 business days of our receipt. Clients may also request a swap of their item for another available item or a change to the shipping schedule by contacting us.

6. Modifications

PensionSelect may revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms become effective upon posting on the website. Continued access or purchase of any service or product confirms your acceptance of the revised terms.
